Ayurvedic Detox Program

Ayurvedic Detox is an effective treatment to flush out toxins. Normally, the liver, kidney, and immune system are the ones who tidy up the body. However, cleaning high levels of these toxins is beyond their indispensable duties and as a result, unflushed toxins will stay in the body’s system until voluntary detox takes place. Toxins come from anywhere. According to Ayurveda, toxin build-up in the body is a result of the imbalance of the three Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. We can also get it from environmental pollution, pesticides, tobacco, alcohol, processed foods, gastrointestinal tract bacteria, and stress. One may not notice it but the body will send its own forms of SOSs telling you that the body needs immediate detoxification.
